Ursus 13

Ursus 13 is a rock being terraformed.  A mountainous machine, the Atmo-Generator floods the planet's sky with imported water vapor.  A process that has left the factory engulfed in a perpetual hurricane.

Galactic conditions will not allow Ursus 13 to become a living planet.  However, the artificially injected sky makes life possible for the colonial miners who call Ursus 13 home.
